This is a useful list, but it would be better if you provided your personal opinion on each tool. As for other on-line options you could add Wrike to your collection. I switched to it after I tried Basecamp and Zoho. It can be used for time, task and project management. Might even work well for planning a wedding or a trip. :)

I would personally place Yugma (http://www.yugma.com) in the category of VIRTUAL MEETINGS. I like better than DimDim.
